To manage new member registration in Club VIPS, based on the execution of the service requested by said member.
To provide services included in Club VIPS through different platforms at the member’s request (Club VIPS Wallet top-ups, check and redeem EuroVips, one-click setup and payment, reservations, orders, etc.) based on the execution of the service requested by said member.
To offer benefits, special promotions, beneficial conditions and to send commercial communications related to Club VIPS and the establishments which are a part of it through any means or channel, based on the member’s consent.
To send push notifications, including those related to the member’s location if geolocation and the receipt of push notifications are enabled on their mobile terminal.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud, based on legal obligations applicable to Sigla and its legitimate interest.

RECIPIENTS

In the event of a claim, we will communicate your information to Alsea Europa entities or third-party franchisees affected by the claim as necessary.
Where appropriate, we will share information with the police forces and court authorities.

ORIGIN

If the member is identified through Facebook or Twitter, Sigla will receive their information from the chosen social network.
If you are an authorized member, we will receive your personal information directly from the holding member who registered you as an authorized member.
If you are a family member or friend of a Alsea Europa employee and said employee registers you in any Club VIPS program for family or friends of Alsea Europa employees, we will receive your personal information directly from the Alsea Europa employee who registered you as a member.

RIGHTS

You may access, rectify, delete and/or oppose certain processing, as well as exercise your right to limit processing and portability and not be subject of a decision solely based on automatic data processing.
Likewise, members have the right to revoke their consent at any time.

CONSERVATION CRITERIA

Sigla will save your information throughout the contractual relationship, blocking the data thereafter and deleting it once the prescription period for any possible court and out-of-court actions that could arise has passed.
